Juliet Fisher, 40, is the owner and operations director of the Highwaymans guest house and events venue near Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. She has five children: Patrick, 14, Theo, 13, Noah, 11, Caspar, nine and Meralina, eight.
Juliet Fisher has kept her business going through some truly awful times, not least the violent breakdown of her marriage.
It was in 2007 that she and her then husband decided to renovate a grand old property called Highwaymans and turn it into a hotel. It had once been Juliet’s family home, but was then rented out to the U.S. military at RAF Lakenheath. Now it was empty and in dire need of love and attention.
