Graduating from Cornell in Business Hotel Management over twenty years ago, I have a wealth of knowledge in both multinational organisations and smaller entrepreneurial based businesses.

I have operated across cultural contexts and sectors, focusing on areas of underperformance and improvising existing processes for improvement. I would consider myself entrepreneurial with an instinct for maximising business opportunities. Particular areas of expertise are: Business Transformation, Management Systems, HR and Payroll.

That is because there is a chance that I may not be the best person to help you. If I’m not, I won’t pretend I am – and I will try to introduce you to someone who can give you exactly what you need.

I offer a variable consultancy rate of £100-£200 per hour. Longer term business coaching is available on a business by business basis.
